Federal and state trucking regulations change frequently. While we strive to keep our content current and accurate, TruckShield makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on this site. Fine amounts, regulatory requirements, and enforcement procedures may have changed since our content was last updated.
You are responsible for independently verifying all regulatory requirements with official sources, including:
- FMCSA regulations at fmcsa.dot.gov
- Your state's DOT or highway patrol agency
- A qualified transportation attorney for specific legal questions

TruckShield is a private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any state transportation agency. Use of official agency names (FMCSA, DOT, etc.) is for descriptive purposes only.
4. Use of Tools
The free tools on TruckShield (Audit Risk Quiz, Medical Card Tracker, Fine Estimator, Pre-Trip Checklist, Clearinghouse Map) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Quiz results and estimates are not official compliance determinations. Medical Card Tracker data stored in your browser is your responsibility to maintain and verify.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TruckShield and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including but not limited to fines, penalties, business losses, or legal costs.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically download content without written permission.
7. Waitlist and Compliance Concierge
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications about Compliance Concierge. You may unsubscribe at any time. The $19/mo founding member price is contingent on maintaining an active subscription and is subject to change with advance notice. No payment is collected during the waitlist phase.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
